ABOUT THE SEMINAR: On April 11, Workers to Owners is hosting a seminar to move the needle forward on an exciting trend in sustainable economic development: converting existing businesses to worker ownership. This one-day event will convene leaders from around the country to troubleshoot current challenges to bringing conversions to scale, train new service providers in the field on effective practices for guiding a company through the conversion process, and make the case for conversions to worker ownership as the path to a fairer and more inclusive economy. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners, hear from companies that have gone through the process, and network with experts in the field.
