Spring Up’s Flagship Cohort is Open for Applications

At RMEOC, we believe that workplace democracy isn’t just about ownership—it’s also about how we care for one another, handle conflict, and make decisions together. That’s why we’re proud to support Spring Up, an organization building the future of liberatory work cultures through intentional practice and shared leadership.

Their 6-month Shared Leadership Cohort—a deep dive into co-creating infrastructure for care, conflict resolution, and collective decision-making—is now open for registration. If your organization or team is trying to build sustainable, trust-based systems beyond hierarchy, this program could be a powerful step forward.

What You’ll Learn

The cohort is grounded in practical tools, frameworks, and lived experience. Participants walk away with systems they can implement around:

  • Navigating tension and disagreement
  • Embedding care and community accountability into their work
