At RMEOC, we believe that workplace democracy isn’t just about ownership—it’s also about how we care for one another, handle conflict, and make decisions together. That’s why we’re proud to support Spring Up, an organization building the future of liberatory work cultures through intentional practice and shared leadership.
Their 6-month Shared Leadership Cohort—a deep dive into co-creating infrastructure for care, conflict resolution, and collective decision-making—is now open for registration. If your organization or team is trying to build sustainable, trust-based systems beyond hierarchy, this program could be a powerful step forward.
The cohort is grounded in practical tools, frameworks, and lived experience. Participants walk away with systems they can implement around:
The results speak for themselves: members of the 2024 cohort reported a 26% improvement in navigating conflict and a 22% improvement in collaborative decision-making.
This is Spring Up’s largest and most in-depth offering. While it’s not a one-size-fits-all program, it’s ideal for cooperatives, nonprofit collectives, mutual aid networks, and small organizations working toward shared power and responsibility.
At RMEOC, we’re honored to amplify efforts like Spring Up’s that align with our vision of economic democracy rooted in equity, care, and community. If this sounds like a fit for your team—or for someone in your network—please help spread the word.
Let’s keep building workplaces where everyone has a voice, a stake, and the support to thrive.
