ESOP Fact #5: Low Rates

There are various incentives in place to push companies into considering becoming an ESOP. Access to considerably lower interest rates is just one of these. As of 2014, the Default Rate for ESOP loans is less than 0.5%. It is 19.4% for non-ESOP business loans.
