The mission of the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center (RMEOC) is to create a more just and sustainable economy through employee ownership.  We work throughout Colorado to provide outreach, education, and technical advising for businesses to become employee owned.  We also work with existing employee-owned businesses, service providers, economic developers, investors, philanthropists, and policy makers to create a supportive ecosystem for employee-owned businesses to thrive.
